Return Policy

 
 

Eligibility:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

All tags must be attached. Any altered, hemmed, worn or washed garment/item may not be returned or exchanged.

Full price items are eligible to be returned for a refund.

Items purchased with a discount code are eligible to be returned for store credit.

Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

Extended Holiday Eligibility: Full price purchases and items purchased with a discount code between 12/04/24 and 12/31/24 are eligible for store credit through 1/20/25. All other eligibility requirements must be met.

Initiate a Return: Please email INFO@EASTANDWEST.STORE with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a shipping label for shipment. Once your merchandise is returned to East • West and deemed unworn, unharmed, unwashed, with tags intact, we will issue your refund minus a $10.00 restocking fee.

Initiate an Exchange: East • West does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. East • West will waive the restocking fee for exchanges on a case by case basis.

Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed.  

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
